Valence Mobile App not in Play Store

I'm trying to roll out an app on mobile devices. One of our users has a Galaxy A42 5G running Android 13. However, when we go to the Play Store, the Valence Mobile app doesn't show up to allow install. Do you have any device compatibility issues?

We have confirmed this is an issue and will be looking into it. In the meantime, you can provide your user(s) with a URL to the application if need be. In NAB, select the "Share" option against the application you wish to retrieve a URL for.

This worked, but would prefer to have the app available rather than handing out urls to every app.
