Hide 'Change your settings' option?

Is there a way to hide the "Change your settings" menu option in the drop down menu at the top right corner of the portal window? There are certain users that we'd like to prevent from using this feature.

Hi Eva,

Moving this thread to the "feature request" section... We don't currently have anything in place for this concept, but we like the idea of adding a user-specific setting to control access to portal configuration options. A little late for the 3.1 release, but a good possibility for adding to 3.2.
