NAB: User selectable filter type in grid filter

The new TR8 update to the grid in Navigator is nice, allowing the user to select the type of filtering on the fly. If you have not seen it, I attached a snip.

Usually when I add a filter to a grid I set it to "contains" at design-time to get all the possible matches. There are times in actual use when an exact match or starts with match would be better suited for my needs.

IBM implemented it in a full filter bar, but the same concept could probably be adapted for use on our current toolbar filters.
