  • Button on bottom of grid alingment

Hello all, I'm adding a button to the bottom of a grid widget and there is an empty row wasting space. Any idea how to fix this?

I have tried all the setting I could find in the widget and that hidden row will not go away.
    Thanks. ?

Do you have multi column sorting turned on for this grid?

Yes sir! That was it. I didn't realize since my app was starting with no sorts, it was just blank down there. As soon as I removed multi sort, the button was by itself.
Is there anyway to get that button on the same line as the multi sort? I also removed paging since the button didn't line up with that row too.

No there is not currently a way to combine those functions into one toolbar.

          Ok, thanks.
Can we look at a feature request for this? Here is my idea. When a grid widget has paging and multi-column sort, allow a button on the bottom but only on the right.
Here is my use case since maybe there is a better way to do this.
My grid has a download button. The fields they download are not shown in the grid since there is a specific use case for downloading this data. These hidden fields are slowing down the load time on the grid. My plan was to create a new grid with these fields, and then remove them from the main grid the users look at in the app. I wanted to add a custom "download" button to show the new grid so they can download the data if they want. This way the main grid is faster to load, and when they want downloads, they can press a button to get the extra data.
If there was a way to map the regular download button that is built into NAB to a different widget, I would do that. This is why I saw the open space. If I turn paging on the widget and have a button on the bottom, there is a lot of blank space.
Any idea on how I could do this differently?
My next plan was to put the button on top, but since they are familiar with the download at the bottom, that is what I'm trying to recreate.
          Thanks.
