grids not holding display order

morning, we are at version 6.3.20250708.0. When a user changes the display order of a gird, that order is not retained when the user reloads the application the next day. My understanding is that the display orders only revert back to the original if we take a software update or clear the cache.

Can you confirm that the grid does not have the "Disable Sort State Saving" option enabled?
If this is not enabled, then it should save the last sort. So it only stops working after the next day? For example, you can open the app, change the sort, close the app and then reopen and it works? But if you open the next day it does not work, correct?

it stops working on every time you log into the application.

Sorry but I want to be sure I understand and am still not clear. When you say "log into the application" are you referring to logging into the Portal? I am trying to determine if the following works:

• User opens app
• User changes sort order of the grid
• User closes app
• User immediately opens app again...is the sort order remembered?

no the sort is not remembered, i tried it myself multiple times.

This occurs when the grid has locked columns. This will be fixed on the next update.
