Row edit form helper

I have an edit grid (using local data).
When I choose row edit, I have the opportunity to specify a form helper program.
When I add a new row, the form helper is called with action = "rowRender".
When I change the value of a cell I do not see any call to the back end (neither the form helper nor validation program).

Do the row edit form helpers work the same way as other form helpers (the Help shows EXNABFHLP, but seems to be different)?

I see what you mean...this is not clear nor does it look to be fully implemented. I am thinking we will change this to call the EXNABFHLP program the same as gMode = formRender and then implement the change calls to work the same. Let us discuss this internally and get back to you on this.

In the next update, this will now call with a gMode of "formRender" and it will also be called each time a field is changed.
