Issue with multiple columns of tiles on mobile

I'm having an issue with showing multiple tiles in a row on mobile: it seems like it will only ever have one tile per row.

On desktop it looks fine:

But on mobile it looks as if its trying to make room for a second column, but failing to place any tiles there:

Currently I have it set to "Specify number per row: 2" but I've also tried messing around with minimum width and fixed width, and could only ever get, at best, the same results
