Is there any documentation available that describes how to set up 5250 applications?

Can you be more specific about what you're trying to do?

I was looking to see if I can launch specific 5250 programs directly rather than having to go through standard menus. There are options in the app configurations for calling programs directly, properties overrides and macros. I was trying to see how these various configurations options worked.
