entire screen freezes when working with a grid widget

We just upgraded to the most current instance of valence and when I tried making a change to a widget by adding an existing field and then moving up to the begining and it then hangs and I have to completely end my session

Are you able to replicate this issue consistently?

I was until Eric told me to open the app and then save it again and once I did that I was able to do the change (this also corrected the issue where the widgets were not showing under the app. So I think we are good now. '
