Edit Grid Column length

Hi,

I have edit grid and one of the column is maximum length is 40. Right now when I enter more than 40 characters, it will turn to pink background. If I tab out and all the characters I entered are gone. Is it any way to pop up a warning message to tell it is pink background because I enter more than it is allowed?

Hi,

In Valence 6.2, if you attempt to tab out and the field is in error, it will not perform the tab and will stay in the selected cell. Valence 6.2 should will be publicly available in about a month
