Color issue with remove confirmation on application

I have an edit grid being used in an application that has the ability to remove records using the built in 'Allow Delete' settings. I have also assigned the app a color from the 'Theming' option in NAB. Whenever I go to remove a record while running the actual App, it brings up the confirmation window asking if I'm sure and prompting a yes or no button response. The issue is that the while the font color matches the theming, the selection box around yes or no also matches that color, causing this to happen:
