Error after setting up SSL

after setting up External Access with SSL with the help of this article:

I get an error when accessing the portal (screenshot).

Does anyone have an idea where I can start troubleshooting?

Check the error logs at /www/valence6/logs and see if there are any errors listed there. Send your next response to support@cnxcorp.com and let's take this issue off the forum for now since it involves security. Once we have the answer for you I'll post the generic solution back on this forum thread.

Thanks for the tip, it helped me find my error.
The certificate was not trustworthy.
