calling valance from rpg menu option with parameters

hello, i am not doing something correctly. I want to pass a parameter from an rpg call (the rpg call executes a valence application). I am not getting the parameter to pass. see attached

You will not see the parameters in the URL of the browser but they will be passed along to your application. You can access these parameters using vvIn_char, vvIn_num, etc... when running any back-end program.
