Is there any sample of Welcome page
that can be show in valence 5.1

Best way is to just create an html document with whatever you want on your welcome page (or you can link to an existing page like your company's website home page). Then go into Portal Admin-->Apps and create an app record that launches that page and authorize all users to it. Then go to Portal Admin-->Settings and set that app as a global auto start app. Then when users log into Valence your custom welcome page will be the first thing they see.
