could every user call vv5250?

i have user AAA... and success call vv5250 in chrome
and user BBB i want to call vv5250 in mozilla ... get an error

Could you tell me how to setting vv5250 so every user can call it

Once you log in with IBM i Access for Web through the Valence Portal, you cannot switch to another user unless you first close the browser and then log in as the new user. The Valence Portal user and the IBM i Access for Web user must match.
