    ENDTCPSVR - Takes a while for CGI jobs to end

    When we issue the ENDTCPSVR command to take down a Valence instance, sometimes it takes a while (several minutes) for some of the CGI jobs to end. Similarly, when we use Opt.4 with *IMMED to end a specific CGI job within a Valence instance it can take several minutes for the job to end. Any idea why?
