Deleting Base Installations (3.2, 4.0)

What is the best way to delete the base installations of Valence (3.2 and 4.0)? From my recollection, there are system files that will contain http information. I was hoping to clean the system of everything for the base instances.

Search for "Uninstalling" -- the 2nd hit will put you into a section listing the steps to fully remove 4.0. You can apply the same steps to remove 3.2 as well.
