Known Issues with Valence 4.1 Nitro Editor Locking Up in Chrome?

We have an ExtJS programmer that is using the Valence 4.1 Nitro Editor and it seems to lock up his browser quite often. Are there any known issues with Nitro Editor locking up?

What do you guys use (if anything) for ExtJS editing?

Most of us here prefer WebStorm.

I realized that I did not answer your other question. There are no known issues with the editor locking up. What browser, version, OS are you seeing this issue with?

Chrome (latest version)
Windows 7

Thanks for the suggestion on WebStorm. I will give it a try and let our ExtJS developer know.
