[ANSWERED] Touch App Cannot launch in Stand alone mode in touch portal?

I have an app i wrote for touch devices only. I have added an icon to my iPad home screen that allows me to open straight to the valence sign on. When i try to launch my touch app it tells me ... Desktop apps can not be launched when the touch portal is standalone. Re launch portal in your web browser? Yes/No.
Am i not allowed to use an app on home screen to open valence portal?

Is your app flagged with a Primary Interface of Touch?

Yes. It is marked as a touch interface.
