File Maintenance Auto Coder Not Recognizing Keyed File

When I input the file name into the file maintenance auto-coder utility, it keeps saying that the file is not keyed. I tried a keyed PF and a LF (obviously keyed). We are using Valence 3.0. The library that this file lives in is in the environment settings.

The problem was with file authority. Had to add QTMHHTTP and QTMHHTP1.
