Unable to create user

hello,

I am unable to create a user. I have created the navtree, group, environment and apps. But when I go to create the user the process does not respond. The button is active but no data is being saved. No messages are given.

Not sure what to make of that. Can you show what's coming back as a response in Firebug or Google Console?
