AutoCode File Maintenance Error cannot determine file keyed

I am running Valence30
Version 3.0.20110509.0

I have a file that is indexed but when I click on File Maintenance and enter the file name it gives me:

File Is Not Keyed
This file can only be used to create an inquiry program. Continue?

There is only the one file CUNA00 in the library JMALIB which is in the library list for Valence test enviroment.
