Upon looking at RPG program samples within the 3.0 installation, and compare to what's shown in the training videos, I noticed that the Valence APIs are quite different.
For example, vvhttp_streamfile is replaced by vvout_file, vvhttp_out is replaced with vvout_data. I am not sure if it's just the name of the APIs or even the parms get changed.
So my concern is: if such changes will occur along the way, then will it mean each time I upgrade Valence to a newer version, I will have to update all my rpg programs relying on these APIs? Or is there a tool to auto-convert them to the lastest syntax?
Thanks,
Dan
