I have tried my IPod and I am getting up to the environment
Can't get pas it
Any special setup I should do to get to the portal

Richard as found the problem

After many hour of searching, debugging, not seeing why this version of IPod was different from any other IPhone, Rihrd had me look at my bookmarks to see if anything was wrong in it

//192.1.___.___:7030/valence/vvlogin.pgm/vvlogin.pgm?display=touch

Display fine but will not go further than the environment selection
So have special care when entering your bookmark

For anyone who is experiencing login problems with the Valence 3.0 portal, let me add some additional information here.

When you first go to the portal on your mobile device you just use the same link that you use on the desktop, i.e.:

http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:7030/valence/vvlogin.pgm

Once the portal has detected the device type and you get the login page you'll notice that the portal has automatically updated your link to include the display type:

http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:7030/valence/vvlogin.pgm?display=touch

You can then bookmark this link. Then when you use the link the display type will be passed to the portal so it doesn't need to detect the device type each time.
