Not Understanding Error Message

Hello,

I am receiving an error message and could use some help understanding what might be wrong. The version is 3.2.20130401.0 I do not get this in my development instance, everything works fine there. Thanks for any help.

Very peculiar that the Message Text is blank. It should be indicating the name of the session variable it's not finding. Is this how it shows in the "Errors" app? Have there been any customizations to VVUTILITY?

I had the new apps defined as URLs, not Valence apps. You would think after 30+ years, I would not do things late on a Friday afternoon.
