[HELPED] Mobile and Valence Nitro not working

The touch interface screen does not work (blank page), and Nitro doubles, triples, or more each character typed in when in Overwrite mode. In insert mode, it removes anything entered with Overwrite.

We installed the 2013-4-1 version on April 22. I don't think the Nitro and Mobile have worked since then.

Hey tireguy, I think you're going to need to call into the CNX support line for this one. We're not aware of any such general problem in the latest build, but we'll help you debug it.

I bet this may be a cache issue. Clear your cache and then try again.
