checkboxSelCount Linked App Var Inaccurate when Some Rows are Disabled

I have a problem where an app var linked to checkboxSelCount gives the wrong selection count under certain conditions.
Grid paging is set to Active. Checkbox Row Selections is enabled and has some Conditions where the row is not enabled. If I have multiple rows currently showing in the grid, some enabled and some disabled, and I click the top-left checkbox to select all rows, the checkboxSelCount gets set to the total amount of rows being displayed regardless if those rows are enabled or disabled, rather than only counting the ones that are enabled.
