Vertical Layout Utility Widget in NAB

The vertical layout utility seems to be breaking in NAB to the point where certain buttons/featured become hidden or disabled in NAB. I'm trying to add a few grid and form widgets while using the horizontal utility widgets to help keep everything organized and aligned as much as possible. I noticed that after adding the second horizontal utility widget within the vertical Layout and adding the second grid widget in that horizontal widget, things starts to bug in NAB.

I can't save changes or work with app vars or behaviors. I'm trying to find a temporary work around since all of the widgets are read only. Is there a limit to the number of utility widgets NAB can handle? Thanks in advance!
