Filters bar issue when wider than browser window

I have a grid with a filter bar and when the grid is displayed in a narrower browser window we end up with overlapping scrollbar and filter fields. See attached image.

I would strongly recommend against having so many filter fields in the toolbar. This is a good example where either a search form or simply setting the filter type to window would be best.
Even if the UI issue was fixed the user would still have to horizontally scroll to see/use the filters.
