I have setup tree widget and try to add icon column in level 2 in behaviors. After I close the application and reopen again. The icon edit button was on level 2 is moved to level 1.
FYI, it appears the bug only occurs if your icon column button does not have any click events. So if you add your click event(s) and then save it should be fine.
