App variable filter ignored when grid downloaded in excel

In a grid, we have a filter based on AppVariable from datasource. In App, if we filter the grid and try to download the excel, the downloaded excel ignores the filter.?
-It was working fine but we do not know which version may have caused the issue.
Right now we are on Latest 6.3 version, but we also tested these on 6.4 and it still didn't work.?
