Random blank areas in tree grid widgets

Sometimes, a tree grid will have a random blank space at the top or the bottom. It's seemingly a random occurrence, but it happens fairly often. Here is an example:

Can you provide steps to replicate or a bit more information about the tree grid?

Is the tree grid initially shown when the application starts up? Or is it shown in another section? Is the tree grid being filtered via "Filter Widget"?

The tree grid is shown when the app starts up and it is being filtered via a filter widget. It seems to only happen after a refresh to the tree grid. As of now, I cannot figure the steps to consistently replicate the issue. As far as I know, it is a random occurance.
