Setting the default environment for a new user [>6.0.20201222]

Request for Portal Admin UI enhancement.

When you add a new user who has the ability to select different environments, the Portal Admin UI does not allow you to set the default environment.

The first time the user logs in they will automatically be assigned to the first authorized environment. The user may subsequently select a different environment.

A better experience is to allow Admin to set the correct default. Please consider for a future build.

The ability to set the default environment for a user will be included in the next build (after 6.0.20201222). The functionality will be available through Portal Admin -> Users.
