How to change the size of fields on a form?

Hello again,
I have a form with a field that is using a dropdown for selections. I have multiple selection turned on and what I have noticed is that I fill up that field really quickly when making multiple selections. This is what it looks like.

I'm using that field to create a list of people that will be doing a training. It works great for what I'm trying to do, until I select more than 4 or 5 people. I would love to use all that extra space below instead of just added in scroll bar.
Any Ideas?

We will look at adding the ability to override the maximum height (pixels) when multiple items are selected in a dropdown if it's in a form
