We have started a standard of writing a User Help document for each of our business apps. We are creating a PDF of each app's help document and storing it them in an IFS folder named /steris help , which is directly in the valence6x (instance-named) folder.
Each app has a button that launches a URL, where the URL is contained in an app variable. For example, for one app, the app variable contained this address:
/steris help/Purchasing Requisitions.pdf
I wish I had a screen shot of when this worked before last week, but I don't.
When launching this URL, the pdf successfully appeared in a new browser tab under this URL:
http://carlton.steris.com:6060/steris%20help/Purchasing%20Requisitions.pdf
This week, the launch is giving a 404 error, because the launched URL is now this:
http://carlton.steris.com:6060/build/production/Runner/%2Fsteris%20help%2FPurchasing%20Requisitions.pdf
Is this intentional?
I will note that we installed 6.1.20221026.1 last week.
Where should I be putting these pdfs, and how should the app var be coded?
