Position To Page in Grid

Is there a way to position a grid to a particular page based on a typed in "filter" value instead of actually filtering the data?

I have a grid that contains some information that includes zip codes. I want the users to be able to jump to a particular zip code in the grid but I don't want to filter out all the other zip codes from the grid. I want them to see the zip code they searched as well as all the other rows "near" that zip code. To do that, it makes sense to just jump to a particular page and row in a grid instead of running a full filter that would remove visibility to that related data.

We currently don't have a way to position to a specific page in a grid. We will place this on our feature request list to see if it's possible.
