FireEvent [PENDING_NEXT_UPDATE]

I'm seeing that if I try to move the FireEvent (by dragging it up or down) it does not save in vvqry600....

For example.... I added a Fire to a success/true branch that already had a Close App...so it added after the close.... I dragged it before the close and it never saved. I went back in, deleted and recreated both the Fire and the Close and all was good....
