Grid Validation Program (exnabval)

Should the EDIT and POSTEDIT modes work for both Cell Edit and Row Edit? and does the Auto Update setting have an impact on them. I seem to have spotty luck with this particular backend program. Seems there's a nuance I'm not understanding.
