Using terminology in the Row body

We are using a terminology for certain fields on our system so they can be dynamically defined....usually if the field can be text you can press F4 and it will list the available fields to pick from. I am adding some row body fields and was trying to use the F4 key but it would not work. So I tried typing it manually but just printed what I typed in.
