Fusion - F12 in window doesn't work

F12 in window doesn't work

Could you check to see if you click somewhere within the window to position the cursor within the window, does the F12 work then? I'm trying to figure out if this issue is stemming from a cursor positioning problem.

If I click any of the options within the window

PSHBTNFLD((*NUMCOL 1))
CHCUNAVAIL((*COLOR WHT))
PSHBTNCHC(1 '>1' ENTER)
PSHBTNCHC(2 '>2' ENTER)
PSHBTNCHC(3 '>3' ENTER)
PSHBTNCHC(4 '>4' ENTER)
PSHBTNCHC(5 '>5' ENTER)
PSHBTNCHC(6 '>6' ENTER) 

F12 doesn't work

If I click somewhere else, within the window, F12 does work.
