NAB - is it possible to run/launch outside of portal?

maybe this question has been asked in the past.. but i couldn't find it on the forum..


Is there a way that a nab-app can be launched from outside the portal .. (without the need for a user to login?)

so. fe. making a shortcut on the desktop that after clicking immediately launches the app?
