  • Valence 5.2 Nitro Query Grid Excel Download

    Hello,

We are having issues with the download functionality from a Nitro Query grid to an Excel file in Valence 5.2. We can download to a PDF just fine but the Excel file download doesn't work, any suggestions?

    Thanks!

    Hi Zach,

Is this an issue across all your NAB apps of just one specific app? i.e., if you launch the Warehouse Dashboard example app, are you able to download the Excel file from that app's grid?

If not, do you see any exception messages in the Errors app?

So far it has been an issue for all of our Nitro Query Grid apps in 5.2. The Warehouse Dashboard example app DOES download successfully to Excel.

It looks like there is an error in the errors app after I try to download to Excel. Below is what it shows.

          Zach,

Can you email support@cnxcorp.com I would like to get on an online meeting to look into this?

          Thanks

Looks like a syntax error in the ORDER BY clause. Question is: what kind of configuration do you have there that would cause that to happen? An online meeting would be helpful.
