Widget doesn't show in Nitro / Application / Section / Add widget

Hi,

I want to add 3 widgets to a app section. 1 of the form widgets don't show in the list so I cant add it.

Any idea how to solve this.

This widget is already used in another section in the same application. Can a widget only be used once in a application?
