[Answered] Forcing Mobile Devices to run Desktop mode

How do I force Mobile Devices to always run the Desktop Mode? I don't want to debug & support the mobile mode at this point in time.

When requesting the Valence portal from iOS or Android it must run the Native Valence Mobile Portal from the iOS App Store or Google Play.

As of 5.0 you can use the Valence login package to wrap your app so it can run standalone in the mobile browser if needed. Please look at the Developer guide from within the desktop portal for information on the Valence login package.

I should have been more specific: How can I ensure that Safari or Chrome on mobile simply runs the desktop website, rather than spawning the app?

The desktop portal doesn't run on mobile browsers you need to use the native Valence Portal for mobile.
