App loads with blank screen on iPad

We have several apps in the Valence portal. All are enabled for mobile. One of the apps loads with a completely blank screen (except for the title). All other apps work just fine on iPads and iPhones.

We are using the Valence Portal app on the iPad. There are no errors in Valence.

• Does the application work in the desktop portal?
• Are you using ExtJs 6 modern or Sencha Touch?

Yes. The portal works just fine.

Using ExtJs 4.2. This was an application developed in Valence 4. We are currently running v5.
