Filter value with a ' causes SQL crash

I was in PA, Users. I entered part of the user id in the filter field, then tried to hit ENTER... but I missed. Instead, I hit the ' which is just to the left of ENTER. This happened next:

I know exactly why that's happening,. the ' messes up the SQL statement string.
Should/could we strip tics out of the filter value?

Thanks for the heads up, this issue has been resolved in the latest build.
