Nitro IFS Explorer Not Working

Nitro IFS Explorer is not showing anything under IFS Root, but I can access the pinned locations and the files that are shown in the recent files section. Everything was fine some days ago, and we are not sure when it stopped.
This is happening on Versio 6.0 as well as on Version 6.1.

From a green screen do:

wrklnk /

Then look at root files and make sure there aren't any crazy file names on the root folder that look corrupted--we've seen this cause a problem for IFS Explorer before.
