  • Setting Password to expired for new users

    When setting password to expired or when a password naturally expires, iOS or Android does not present the Change Password pop up (only works on Windows).

    Problem:
    We are rolling out mobile applications to first time users who only have access to an Android device. Users are unable to login as they are required to change their password and the change password pop up like Windows is not presented.

    We're still actively working on the new Valence mobile portal app which will accommodate this issue in all devices. As soon as we have a Beta ready we'll let you know.
