Portal Admin: Users and group membership

Good Morning,

We are seeing some issues when maintaining users in the Portal Admin. Specifically with group membership, if you change groups for one user then open another user the groups are not checked at all. If you had chosen to only see the checked groups on the first user, then you only see the first user's group when you open the second user.
