is there anya example using angular fot front end in valence 5.2 ?

In the Examples application, you will find one Angular example "Load All Local Paging".

All the examples are merely examples "proof" that you can run it within the Portal and have security etc. They are not how you would truly structure your application when developing in any of those frameworks.

As of Valence 5.2 you can use any framework or vanilla js within the portal. The only requirement is that you include the valence.js "/resources/valence.js".
